Astro projection, the science of obtaining an out-of-body state, and an unworldly transcendence above the mere physical, is now possible.
I know. I have done it.
I will show you how.
In astral projection, the astral body leaves the body, the physical body, and achieves another dimension.
You can literally fly above the heavens and explore the wonders of another person's universe, while gazing down at another universe. How would you like for example, to explore the wonders of the Amazon Rain Forest?
You must concentrate on letting go. If you have a fear of leaving your body, you must decide that it's worth it, and go for it, much like the act of jumping from a plane with a parachute. It is a faith-based initiative
Envision yourself floating upwards away from your imprisoning earth body. You can concentrate on one object on the wall of your bedroom. Never take your eyes off it.
Next, make your eyes slits. Pull your forehead back with your fingers hard. Feel yourself slipping upwards, above your body. You're looking down at your own body. Keep your thoughts focused on floating upwards, away.
Now, you're entering a state of grace. You're slithering like a snake up past, and through, the imprisoning walls of your house. The roof of your house is below. You've escaped. Now, you're sailing through the clouds with green flocked trees and pasture lands below.
You have designated in your mind, a place you want to be. Let's say it's a waterfall in Tropical Fiji Islands.
A gushing waterfall. You're floating down towards it. You're hovering above it.
You're using the most powerful tool in the universe, the power of your suggestive desire. In other words, if you want it bad enough, you'll get it.
Suddenly, t he land, the sea and the sky are all around, slipping by, faster and faster into a revolving blur. The earth. The EARTH!!!! You're sliding right off the earth, into the vastness of dark space.
But you don't care.
The waterfall, you've long ago both mutually plunged through (its plume).
You're building to an almost excruciatingly exquisite finish.
Y ou're speeding downwards. You're going to crash but you don't care. You're bursting at the seams.
I'm limited here in space by the number of descriptive details that I can provide for you, and only intended this as a basic helpful starting outline.
